Born in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. After graduating from Hitotsubashi University, he joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd., where he was in charge of the import and export of chemical plants and project finance. After obtaining an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, he worked at the forefront of the derivatives and hedge fund field as Vice President at Citibank and Chase Manhattan Bank. In 1996, he established Japan Risk Management Institute Co., Ltd. and became its representative director. As an advisor to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, he proposed to then-Governor Shintaro Ishihara the creation of a CLO market for small and medium-sized enterprises, the introduction of double-entry bookkeeping into administrative accounting, and the establishment of a public-private partnership for renewable energy and infrastructure funds, and contributed to their realization. He also served as the chairman of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Investment Evaluation Committee. Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of JAPAN DX Co., Ltd., Chairman of the Board of Directors of Number One Solutions Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Japan National Defense Association, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of AUD Group Co., Ltd.

Starting with project finance at Mitsui & Co., and continuing through derivatives and hedge fund operations at leading Wall Street financial institutions, and even the formation of urban infrastructure funds, he has been at the forefront of building financial schemes for nearly 50 years. This deep knowledge is also evident in cutting-edge finance methods such as fundraising through tokenization backed by gold reserves, promoted by AUD Group, and the design and utilization of SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) listing schemes. He provides reliable advice and execution capabilities in building financial architectures that connect the value of mining resources to international capital markets.

Born in Mitaka City, Tokyo. In 1988, he started his career at the forefront of international business by managing and selling a golf course in Denver, Colorado, USA. Subsequently, he built a track record of real estate development, management, and sales in the Asia-Pacific region, including the development of condominium hotels (384 rooms in total) in Guilin and Beijing, China, and the management of a luxury medical facility in Ortigas, Philippines. Domestically, he has expanded his business to include the operation of medical facilities and pharmacies, as well as the development, management, and sale of nursing care facilities and solar power plants. In 2018, he established Smart Ecosystem Co., Ltd., where he serves as CEO and handles the buying and selling of solar power plants, land regeneration, agriculture, and trade.

At AUD Group, he serves as CEO, overseeing all business operations. Leveraging his diverse entrepreneurial and management experience in real estate, energy, healthcare, and agriculture both domestically and internationally, he leads the business development and overall organizational management of the Tanzania mining development project.

Born in 1970. After graduating from the Faculty of Education at Yokohama National University, he went to the United States to study computer science. After returning to Japan, he gained experience as a web site creator and system engineer at a SOHO (small office/home office) before establishing Number One Solutions Co., Ltd. in 2002. Subsequently, he completed a Master of Technology Management (MOT) at Tokyo Institute of Technology, deeply exploring both management and technology. Since its establishment, the company has accumulated a track record of system development outsourcing both domestically and internationally, mainly in the finance, medical, and entertainment industries, and in recent years has been actively expanding into the fields of solution development using blockchain technology, generative AI, and business automation.

At AUD Group, as Director and CTO, he is responsible for overall system development supporting the entire business, from gold mining and refining to token issuance. He directly leverages his extensive experience at Number One Solutions in designing and building blockchain-based token platforms, overseeing the group's digital infrastructure. Under the vision of "achieving world peace through technology," he promotes the creation of new value through the fusion of mining and technology.
